Woman Runs to Deputy’s Car, Arrested for Felony Impersonation and More

CLARKS - A York County woman was arrested near Clarks after a deputy says the woman got out of her vehicle and ran to his. According to authorities after a Merrick County deputy pulled up to a vehicle near 24th Road and Highway 30, on the south side of Clarks 26-year-old Krista Schultz jumped into the patrol car's passenger seat. Shultz underwent field sobriety tests and was arrested on a litany of charges,  including felony criminal impersonation, misdemeanor false reporting, driving under the influence of drugs, refusal to submit to a breath and chemical tests, and obstruction of government operations, according to the the sheriff's office Facebook page.
Shultz was transported to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office with bond set at $25,000.
