COLUMBUS, Neb. - An Omaha woman, that prosecutors say failed to pay over $11,000 in child support payments over a five and half year period has been found guilty of four felony counts.
31-year-old Christina Biller will be sentenced in March in Platte County District court after being found guilty of four counts of failing to pay child support in January.
Court records say Biller failed to make child support payments of $255 per month from February of 2009 to November of 2014. The records say that amounted to over $11,615.
Documents say Biller only made a payment of over $2,500 in 2012 after her tax refund was intercepted and given as child support.
She was charged with 12 felony counts before prosecutors dropped some of the charges in a plea deal.
