“When Life Gets Tough”–Florida Couple To Speak In Broken Bow About Life After Tragedy

According to a press release from the Friends of Custer County, “When Life Gets Tough” by Gene and Carol Kent from Florida will be at the One Box Convention Center in Broken Bow on Friday, January 31.

They will share their story about what makes life worth living after their only child committed murder and is serving a life prison sentence. The Famous Teachers’ Trio, consisting of Bill Reichert, Lance Bristol, and Paul Loomer will provide musical entertainment for the evening.

The entire event will be held on January 31, 2020 beginning at 6:30 PM. $30 checks, which includes a meal, can be made payable to Friends of Custer County by January 24 and be sent to Beth Smith at 44306 Rd. 786 Broken Bow, NE 68822.
