DAVID CITY - A West Point man is heading to a jury trial on a meth charge to which he plead not guilty.
Adam Bomberger, 35, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance back in late August, after the vehicle he was a passenger in, was pulled over, says court records.
Deputies reported in an affidavit, finding multiple meth pipes and a baggie of meth in the vehicle at the time of the arrest, says the affidavit.
Bomberger plead not guilty to the class 4 felony charge, and will appear before a jury on January 11th, says court records. A status hearing was scheduled for Tuesday.
