COLUMBUS - A man wanted for a felony Harlan County warrant, was picked up in Columbus on Thursday.
An arrest affidavit says, Justin Padgett, 24, was arrested by authorities for illegally selling a pickup to a man in Kansas.

Bank officials reported never receiving any funds or notification of Padgett selling the vehicle to another party, says the affidavit. Padgett owes the bank a balance of $10,800, according to court records.
A complaint was filed in Harlan County Court on January 10, 2018 in the case.
Padgett is charged with felony theft by deception over $5,000, says court records.
