NORFOLK -- Nebraskans are preparing as a spring storm is expected to drop as much as 18 inches on parts of the state.
The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning for all of the central part of the state and most of the northeast part of the state. A Winter Storm Watch is scheduled to take effect tonight for most of east central Nebraska.
