CHAMBERS - A Holt County middle schooler’s creativity is paying dividends for both him and his school.
Wyatt Ehlers of Chambers was recently picked by the Nebraska Bankers Association as the winner of their Bank On Nebraska Challenge.
For winning, Ehlers received over $3500 in scholarship money and another $2500 in free use money for his school. Wyatt used some of the money to purchase a soft-serve machine that serves up ice cream for the students every Friday.
