Two Injured in UTV Accident

NORFOLK - Two people are recovering after getting ejected from a UTV Sunday. Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger says it happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday off of Grandview Avenue just east of Norfolk. Sheriff Unger says 25-year old Tyler Steckelberg was driving a UTV when he rolled, ejecting both him and his passenger, identified as 19-year old Lexcee Robertson. Unger says the UTV landed on top of Steckelberg, but bystanders were able to get the vehicle off of him quickly. Both Steckelberg and Robertson were taken to Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk for treatment of unspecified injuries. Neither was wearing a seat belt.
