Two Get Trespassing and Drug Charges After Being Found in Home

NORFOLK - Norfolk police say two people are in jail after they were found in a house they weren't supposed to be in. Norfolk Police say 21-year old Ashley King of Stanton and 20-year old Pacey Nicklen of Lincoln were arrested late Tuesday evening. An officer checked out a residence on Lincoln Avenue when he noticed lights on inside. City officials had told police earlier in the day that anyone found at that residence would be considered trespassing. The officer had contact with both King and Nicklen, neither of whom had permission to be at the house. The two were arrested for trespassing. An ensuing search turned up a baggie that tested positive for methamphetamine. King also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Madison County.
