Two Arrested In Broken Bow Following A Search Warrant That Turned Up Weapons And Drugs

According to Captain Dan Hanson, the Broken Bow Police Department arrested two people after a search warrant turned up illegal drugs, paraphernalia and weapons. Officers went to a private home Monday, May 20 to investigate a criminal mischief allegation by a member of the family.

When the officer went to the door a family member opened the door and the odor of marijuana was very noticeable. A search warrant was obtained and as a result of the search Gerome McLaurin, 48 and Gloria A. McFarland, 35 were both arrested.

McLaurin also had 3 outstanding warrants in Buffalo County. Charges are still pending and bonds have not been set at this time.
