Twin Loup remains undefeated

Ansley/Litchfield hosted Twin Loup Friday night in a game that was plagued by pour weather conditions as heavy rain fell during portions of the game. Because of the weather situation the decision was made to call the game at halftime with Twin Loup leading 42-0. The Wolves were led by Alex Horky who ran for 4 touchdowns. Horky started the scoring with a 40 yd TD run with 9:09 remaining in the 1st quarter and would later add TD runs of 9, 42, and 48 yds. Horky’s performance earned him the Friday night “game ball” which is handed out weekly by the high school football scoreboard show which airs state wide and is produced by the Husker Sports Network. Rowdy Oxford provided a nice compliment to Horky as the Twin Loup quarterback hooked up with Hunter Kraus for a 28 yd TD and would later run for an 11 yd. TD as Twin Loup improved to 7-0 with the win.
