Thursday Afternoon’s District Court Cases
District Court held Thursday, September 21 (Custer County Judicial Center in Broken Bow)

More cases were in heard in District Court on Thursday afternoon after a busy morning.

According to Deputy County Attorney Kayla Clark, Christopher Gallet, 27, of Broken Bow appeared and admitted to a violation of probation. An updated Pre-Sentence investigation was ordered.

Danielle E. Blake, 30, of Anselmo also admitted to violating probation. Judge Noakes ordered 14 days in the county jail but awarded credit for days already served.

A witness was approved for the trial of Virgil L. Ramsdell, 48, of Taylor scheduled to take place in February. A February trial is also scheduled for Kenneth L. Pierce, 60, of Oconto who pled not guilty in court on Thursday afternoon, according to Clark.
