COLUMBUS - Loup Power CEO Neal Suess says they are experiencing some small outages but nothing major so far.
Suess says the small outages that they've seen so far on Saturday morning are in the Albion and St. Edward areas, and have been caused by ice and wind.
Suess says they will provide further updates if new power outages occur.
