ST. EDWARD - The town of St. Edward is without power as of 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Loup Power President Neal Suess says about 400 customers in St. Edward are without power, and they expect to have the reconnect this afternoon.
Outside of outages in St. Edward, Suess says they have had small outages that they are dealing with as they happen.
