The South Loup Bobcats will face the Elm Creek Buffaloes in a battle of top ten teams in Class D1. The Bobcats are undefeated and ranked #3 in the state according to the Omaha World-Herald while the Buffaloes are 6-1 and ranked # 8 in the state. The D1-8 district title will also be on the line as both teams try to position themselves for a playoff run. The game will be broadcast live on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 pm with pregame coverage beginning around 6:40. Earlier this week, South Loup head coach Andy Schwarz visited with KBBN Sports Director Brent Apperson about the season and Friday’s clash with Elm Creek.
