O’NEILL –Anywhere from 2 to 6 inches has fallen across much of northeast Nebraska. This is what it looks like in O’Neill as snow falls and city employees work to stay ahead of the white stuff. Winds out of the northeast at 24 miles an hour whip through the Holt County community as the storm moves through the area. Meanwhile, Hartington is reporting at least three inches of snow. Travelers are urged extra caution if you must travel, roads in the area are snow packed and icy. A winter Storm Warning remains in effect for much of northern Nebraska until 6:00 PM Sunday.
