COLUMBUS --  One week after Jorje Robledo allegedly shot Columbus Sgt. Brad Wangler he remains in an Omaha hospital but no charges have been filed against him by the Platte County Attorney. The decision of what to charge and when may have more to do with who pays the bill for Robledo's medical care.
