CUSTER COUNTY— Only one felony case was heard in Custer County District Court, that was not continued, on Thursday, September 5.
Tausha Gray, 32 of Merna appeared in court as she failed to appear in court on April 8 for possession charges and also admitted to violating her probation on Thursday morning. Judge Karin Noakes ordered a pre-sentence investigation to be conducted before Gray’s sentencing on October 24 at 10 AM.
