COLUMBUS - A shoplifter was arrested after stealing roughly a $181 in goods.
Police say a 46-year-old woman stole several items, including purses, slippers, scarfs and other clothing items from a convenience store in east Columbus. The woman then left the scene, with a man, in a red Buick, which was later found in a nearby parking lot.
Police say they were able to locate the woman, and she was jailed for stealing the items.
The theft was reported on Wednesday at 1:03 p.m.
