COLUMBUS, Neb. - A Shelby man who was caught with meth less than two months after being put on probation, will be sentenced on his convictions next month.
22-year-old Taylor Gray was convicted of meth possession and his probation was revoked as a result of his guilty plea.
Records say in mid-October of 2017, Gray was pulled over by Columbus Police after sleeping in his car in a turn lane. Police say they found a pipe with meth residue inside the vehicle.
The incident occurred around a month and half after Gray was given probation on drug and weapon charges.
He will be sentenced on February 16th in Platte County District court.
