Randall Dvorak, 58, was initially convicted of attempted sexual assault of a child back in 2001, in Hamilton County. Dvorak was scheduled to be taken off the Sex Offender Registry in March of this year, but in January, reports came into the Nance County Sheriff’s Office, that a man was living in Headworks Park, says an arrest affidavit. After responding to the reports, deputies found Dvorak living in a camper at the park, says the affidavit. Dvorak told deputies that he did not have a permanent address, and deputies gave Dvorak an opportunity to register a new address, says the affidavit. The sheriff’s office returned to the location at a later date, and Dvorak had since submitted information that he was still residing in Grand Island. Dvorak is facing a class 3A felony for violating the sex offender registry, and will appear for a status hearing in Nance County District Court on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Dvorak plead not guilty to the charge.
