STANTON - A three-vehicle collision shutdown a portion of HWY 275 Tuesday afternoon.
According to Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger, an SUV slowing for a turning semi was struck from behind by a pickup near the intersection of HWY 275 and 568th Ave around 2:30 PM. The impact knocked the SUV into the front of the semi.
Unger says a doctor was at the scene of the wreck and was able to provide medical attention that assured law enforcement officials that a life-flight helicopter wasn't necessary.
