SCHUYLER, Neb. - A Schuyler woman accused of possessing meth is back in court Wednesday for a hearing.
Records say, a meth pipe was found in the vehicle that 31-year-old Mistie Foote was driving in October of last year.
A man in the vehicle, 36-year-old Juan Lemus, had an active warrant out for him at the time and was also arrested at the scene, which was the intersection of Highway 15 and Road C.
Foote is also charged with misdemeanor driving under suspension.
