Schuyler Man Jailed for Breaking into Ag Park, Stealing Beer and Candy

COLUMBUS - A Schuyler man was jailed for burglary and drug possession, after breaking into Ag Park to steal beer and candy. According to an Arrest Affidavit, Dallas Raitt, 18, of Schuyler, was arrested on Wednesday, after he was found inside a restricted section of the Ag Park building, in east-central Columbus. Raitt was reportedly found with a back pack, containing a 12-pack of beer and several candy bars he had taken from inside the building, according to the affidavit. After being transported to the county jail, an inventory of Raitt's back pack revealed two glass pipes containing THC wax, and a baggie of marijuana, says the arrest affidavit. Raitt will make a felony first appearance in court on November 9th, for charges including; burglary, as well as possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana.
