SCHUYLER - Four charges have been dropped in a case, where a Schuyler man has plead no contest to manslaughter, in the death of a 15-year-old girl.
Angel Lopez, 23, was found guilty of class 2a felony manslaughter, after a plea deal that saw four other charges dropped.
Lopez is was charged in the case, following an accident on June 15th of 2016 that resulted in the death of a 15-year-old girl. The accident occurred after Lopez fled from police, and eventually collided with a tree on west 6th Street .
The sentencing is scheduled for November 8th at 11:30 a.m. in Colfax County District Court.
