Schuyler Identity Theft Suspect Expected to Cut Deal

COLUMBUS, Neb . - A Schuyler man accused of identity theft is expected to plead guilty to a lesser charge. According to Platte County court documents, 39-year-old Cesar Madora-Marino admitted to using a Greeley, Colorado man’s social security number, and a Nebraska I.D. in order to get an farm job in the area. Madora-Marino was originally charged with two counts of identity theft. Madora-Marino originally pleaded not guilty to the more serious identity theft charges, but court documents say he plans on changing his plea this week.
