School Bus, Car Accident Leaves no Injuries in Columbus

COLUMBUS - A school bus and a car collided Tuesday morning, but authorities say no one was injured. Columbus Police reports say a 2002 GM School Bus was heading northbound on 31st Avenue, and a 2000 Ford Focus was heading westbound on 40th Street, when the two collided at the intersection. Police reports say neither the 48-year-old driver of the bus, or the 17-year-old driver of the car were injured in the accident. The car suffered $1,300 in damage, and no damage was reported to the bus, according to CPD reports. Neither driver was cited, and the accident occurred at roughly 7:47 a.m.
