Salvation Army Shares the Love with Other Organizations

CUSTER COUNTY–The Custer County Chapter of the Salvation Army continues to give back to the community. In the midst of Valentine’s Day celebrations and Ash Wednesday, the Salvation Army held a regular meeting which highlighted many other local agencies.

Checks were presented to the Optimist Club, Diamond Youth Organization (DYO), Diaper Depot, and Prairie Pioneer Center.

Chris Wickham with the Optimist Club said the donation will help fund sports equipment purchases and activities offered to area youth.
