Memorial Drive from 5th Ave. to the Highway 70 stop sign will be closed to thru traffic on Saturday, October 13 for Custer County Disaster Training. This road will close from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., or until the training is complete. Residents will be permitted to travel to and from their homes freely. Anyone needing access to the vet clinic will also be allowed to pass through. Security will be posted at every intersection to help with the control of traffic.
