COLUMBUS - Ryan Ramirez, of Columbus, was found guilty of multiple meth delivery charges, and one possession charge on Wednesday.
Court records say Ramirez pled no contest to the charges, and will be sentenced on March 16th. Ramirez sold meth multiple times to an informant, and stole several hundred dollars form the informant on another occasion, says the affidavit.
The time Ramirez stole money from the informant, he gave the informant his wallet as collateral when he went to pick up the drugs, but never returned, says the affidavit. Police say they found THC wax, a controlled substance, inside Ramirez's wallet.
Ramirez faces a maximum sentence of 42 years in prison with no minimum sentence.
