Police Use Tattoos to ID Wanted Man

NORFOLK - A Norfolk man can blame his tattoos for getting caught by police on Monday. Norfolk Police Capt. Michael Bauer says police arrested 28-year old Brandon Reynolds of Norfolk late Monday. Officers were sent to a residence on the 300-block of S. 13th Place for a report of someone shooting at a neighbor's dog with a BB gun. When officers arrived, they say Reynolds was uncooperative, claiming he didn't have identification. But officers were able to ID him using his tattoos. Once identified, it became clear why Reynolds didn't want to be identified: he had three outstanding warrants in Lancaster, Colfax and Sarpy Counties. He added criminal impersonation and drug possession charges in Madison County to that list. Officers also arrest 32-year old Lindy Rath at the same time. She had an outstanding warrant in Stanton County.
