BROKEN BOW–Melham Medical Center (JMMMMC) has received reports that some community members are receiving spoof phone calls that show up as Melham on caller ID. Some have reported that the spoof call is attempting to sell health insurance. Melham Medical Center Executive Assistant Michaela Bissonette reports that JMMMMC will never try to sell you health insurance.
These spoofed calls are from scammers using the JMMMMC phone number as the originator of the call when in fact, it is not the caller. If you are expecting a call from the hospital, please call 308-872-6891 and the operator will help direct your call.
