COLUMBUS - County authorities arrested one man and cited three others for drug charges.
Sheriff's reports reported a call of suspicious activity outside a convenience store on 8th Street, in east-central Columbus, Wednesday night just before 8:30 p.m.
After arriving on scene, authorities say they arrested Caleb Runyan, of Columbus, for felony possession of a controlled substance with into to deliver, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. As of Thursday morning, the charges had not yet been filed in county court.
Two others were cited for possession of marijuana less than an one ounce, and one was cited for minor in possession, says the report.
