Officers Lead Torch Run for Columbus Special Olympics Team

COLUMBUS - Local police officers led a torch run on Tuesday for the Columbus Special Olympics team. Columbus Special Olympics Athletes are competing in the games this weekend, and officers ran a torch to Frankfort Square, where they were joined by the team, to help kick off the competition. "Thanks to everyone that attended the local Special Olympic Torch Run event on Tuesday!!! Good luck to the Columbus Special Olympic athletes in their upcoming events!!!" said the Columbus Police Department on their Facebook page.
