NSP issues alert for 2 year-old and 1 year-old in Panhandle

LINCOLN  –  The Nebraska State Patrol has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for two small children in the panhandle.

The Sidney Police Department is attempting to locate Franklin Blakely, a white male child, 1-year-old with light brown hair and Stanley Skidmore, a bi-racial male child, 2 years old with black hair and brown eyes.  Blakely was last seen in Sidney on October 6th, direction of travel unknown. Blakely is accompanied by 2-year-old Stanley Skidmore, Donald Winslow, age 45 and Cherokee Blakely, age 24. The Sidney Police Department believes they may be endangered. They were was last seen in a blue Chrysler mini-van with Iowa license plates GBK096. If located please call the Sidney Police Department at 308-254-5515 or 911.
