MADISON - The murder trial of a Norfolk man has been pushed back to the fall.
Through an interpreter, 49-year old Rodolfo Castaneda-Morejon waived his right to a speedy trial in Madison County District Court on Friday.
Castaneda-Morejon is accused of stabbing to death Yosvanis Valezques-Gomez at a Norfolk apartment last fall.
Last month, a second competency hearing was ordered to see if Castaneda-Morejon is able to stand trial.
His murder trial is now tentatively scheduled for October 9th.
