Norfolk Man Wanted by Stanton County Authorities is in Custody

STANTON - A Norfolk man who had been the the subject of a felony warrant in Stanton County has been arrested. Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger says 36-year old Seth Bossard has been arrested and is housed in the Madison County Jail on $100,000 bond. A warrant for Bossard's arrest was issued on Monday. According to court documents, the victim told authorities that she and Bossard got into an argument while driving on a rural Stanton County Road. The victim alleges that Bossard pulled the vehicle over and assaulted her, punching, kicking and strangling her. Bossard faces felony charges of false imprisonment and strangulation as well as a misdemeanor assault charge.
