No Injuries Reported After Truck Flips Over Snow Pile

COLUMBUS - No Injuries were reported after a truck hit a hydrant and flipped over a snow pile on 23rd Street. Police reports say a man was driving a 2003 Ford F-150 pickup eastbound on the 2900 block of 23rd Street, when he left the roadway to the south. The pickup then drove over a fire hydrant, before hitting a hard packed snow pile and flipping upside down in a gas station parking lot, says reports. The man was uninjured in the accident, but he was cited and damage to the pickup was estimated at $7,000, says reports. The city reported $300 damage to a fire hydrant, along with $50 in damage to a highway sign, says reports. The accident occurred at 1:01 a.m. on Sunday, according to Columbus Police reports.
