DAVID CITY, Neb. - A Cairo man accused of stealing and crashing a car in rural Butler County will be in court next week.
According to court records, 19-year-old Andrew Osburn crashed a car on County Road 37 in September and was walking away when a sheriff's deputy stopped him. Those same records say that as Osburn was arrested he said he knew why.
Osburn is facing two felonies: possessing a stolen vehicle and missing an earlier court date.
He is scheduled for an arraignment on November 7th.
