BROKEN BOW— The Nebraska Extension has announced a special event that will be held on February 3, 2020 at the Broken Bow Public Library.

This “Healthy Food Fast: Using Your Multi-Cooker” class is for those who have considered purchasing an Instant Pot or other brand of multi-cooker and are curious about what they can do or for those who own one but rarely use it.

This class allows you to learn foundation skills and techniques to use with your multi-cooker. This fun and informational class will be held on February 3 at the Broken Bow Public Library Multipurpose Room.

The Lunch and Learn Session will take place from 12:00-1:30 PM while the Evening Session will be held from 5:00-6:30 PM. This is the same class, offered at two different times. The cost to attend is $10 per person.

If you would like to register, contact the Nebraska Extension office in Broken Bow at (308) 872-6831 or register in person at 431 S. 10th Street. No registrations will be taken at the door due to the nature of having enough food and handouts. Registration and payment is due by January 27.

If there are any questions, please contact class presenter and Nebraska Extension Educator Kayla Hinrichs at (308) 872-6831.
