Multi-Agency Pursuit Leads to Hoskins Man’s Arrest

RANDOLPH – A Hoskins man is facing numerous charges after leading authorities on a multi-county chase.

Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger says 31-year old Jeremy Heiderman was arrested late Tuesday.

Authorities were called out just before 9 p-m to a man acting erratic in a vehicle near Woodland Park. When Sheriff’s officials tried to pull the vehicle over, the driver took off…leading authorities on county roads and through cornfields before escaping briefly.

Law enforcement officials from Stanton, Wayne and Pierce counties were helped by an air search and K-9 units in searching fro Heiderman…who was located on foot near Randolph and arrested.

He faces multiple charges in Stanton County…including driving under the influence of drugs and reckless driving. Additional charges in Wayne County could be forthcoming.
