DAVID CITY - Legal representation has requested a motion to continue in a felony drug case, that was set for sentencing on Tuesday in Butler County.
Alexander Brummels, 20, of Lincoln, was scheduled for sentencing for felony possession of a controlled substance, says court records. Brummels was arrested back in August, with 34 grams of marijuana, and concentrated THC, says an affidavit.
Brummels representation has requested a continuance in the case to January 2nd, due to Brummels' participation in the Felony Drug Program.
