Morning Vehicle Accident

BROKEN BOW–On Thursday morning a one-vehicle accident was reported on Highway 2, approximately three miles east of Broken Bow.

A pickup hauling a camper was headed east when it struck a deer, entered a ditch, swerved, and ended up facing west according to Sheriff Dan Osmond.

The awning of the camper was compromised and some debris was seen on the highway. The driver did not experience any injuries according to Osmond.

The Custer County Sheriff’s Office was on the scene and Hunter’s Towing and Repair assisted with the accident.
