DAVID CITY, Neb. - A Lincoln man convicted of having an illegal knife and drugs will be sentenced in David City next week.
Authorities say 35-year-old Levi Penn— pulled over for expired plates on Highway 81 in January—had a military-style bayonet knife, amphetamines and 16 grams of marijuana.
Penn was also found guilty of driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.
In 2015 Penn was convicted of meth possession, keeping him from having weapons.
He is scheduled to be sentenced November 7th.
