US Attorney for Nebraska Joe Kelly says 30-year old Devron Franklin is charged with three counts of robbery by force, two counts of brandishing a firearm and one count of discharging a firearm.
The string of robberies dates back to December 14, 2017 when prosecutors allege Franklin robbed Shopper’s Express in Norfolk at gunpoint. Then, he is charged with robbing Reynoldson’s Shell Station at gunpoint in Norfolk on April 15, 2018. The final incident is from June 13th in Omaha when a Quick Trip was robbed and at least one shot was fired.
