FULLERTON - The Nance County Sheriff's Office says they investigated a turkey being illegally shot.
The sheriff's office says in a Facebook post that they investigated the illegal shooting of a hen turkey earlier this month, in the western portion of the county. The sheriff's office says deputies were able to locate and cite the suspect thanks to witness accounts.
