Man Arrested with Meth, Two Loaded Guns

COLUMBUS -  A local wanted man was taken into custody, after police found him with meth and two loaded hand guns. An arrest affidavit, says police located Tyler Palmer, 24, in a vehicle parked outside of a Columbus hotel on Tuesday. The affidavit states that Palmer, had an active warrant at the time, in a possession of a controlled substance case. Police state they found a loaded handgun next to the center console, and found a second loaded handgun underneath one of the seats. Police say they also found 29.6 grams of crystal meth, a $100 bill, a $50 bill, several baggies, a digital scale, a meth pipe, and 8.1 grams of marijuana. Palmer is due in court for a felony first appearance on December 6th.
