Man Arrested for Photographing Naked Woman Sleeping

COLUMBUS - A man was arrested, after fleeing from police, for photographing a naked woman while she was sleeping, and assaulting her. Columbus Police say in an affidavit that a woman reported Eusebio Flores-Gomez, 23,  hit and kicked her multiple times, and held his hand over her mouth to prevent her from breathing. The alleged abuse, occurred after an argument says court records. The woman also reportedly to police that Flores-Gomez had taken pictures of her naked, while she was sleeping, and that she found out after Flores-Gomez had shared them with a mutual acquaintance. Flores-Gomez led officers on a pursuit the night he was arrested, but was eventually taken into custody on January 12th for two outstanding warrants. CPD found the photos on Flores-Gomez's phone following the arrest. Court documents say, Flores-Gomez is charged with both 3rd degree assault and unlawful intrusion.
