Man Arrested for Drugs After Speeding on Highway

DAVID CITY - Butler County Authorities say a man was arrested for felony drug charges, after a deputy clocked him speeding on the highway. A press release from Butler County Sheriff Marcus Siebken says, a deputy clocked a vehicle speeding on Highway 92, at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday. Siebken says after pulling the vehicle over, the deputy arrested Juan Carlos Flores. Flores was arrested for 2 felony charges of  possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, says Siebken.
