RANDOLPH - Cedar County authorities are investigating a disturbance at a Randolph residence.
It happened Sunday afternoon at a Douglas Street home.
Authorities say 35-year old Evan Brandt was taken into custody at the scene. Authorities were called to a report that a woman was being choked.
The Cedar County Sheriff's Office, Nebraska State Patrol and other law enforcement officials responded to the scene.
